wrapped // 3

This week's awesome links, wrapped.

I swooned over just about everything in this gorgeous wedding on Every Last Detail.

This Star Trek oven mitt is aaaaaaahmazing.

I really enjoyed Katie's post about Lent, including a Psalm and a quote from C. S. Lewis! And Eliza's post about focusing on "adding things in, rather than taking things out or offering something up."

Sarah's Personal Commandments post was awe-inspiring, and she even included some links for where she got her inspiration and direction from!

I recently rediscovered For Love or Funny, and realized that I missed Lynn's writing in ways I didn't even know possible.

Joelle is giving away a full blog design - you must enter by 2/29!

Tiny Buddha's "It's Okay to Not Be Okay" is more than one woman's story, it's a deep, personal reminder.

"How To Stop Being A Pinterest Sexist" was really eye-opening to me, and well-written. I like that kind of post.

Lisa went on a road trip to Illinois and shared her Instagram photos along the way, convincing both me and other bloggers that we all desperately needed a road trip of our own. Lucky for those of us who have jobs that we're supposed to be at from 9 to 5, 5 days a week, she shared the photos of her trip... so we can feel like we went along too.

Elsie at A Beautiful Mess shared "5 Tips for Great Indoor Photos," which is so helpful for a novice photographer like me.

Did you catch The Scrappy Housewife's Laundry Care Flip-Chart? This is totally awesome, and I will be making one when (if?) I ever have my very own laundry room. For now... Mike does all 99% of the laundry. True story.

I loved Lindsay's photographs of her rainforest escape with her husband - they gave me a little mental escape!
We've had a really insanely mild winter here in Virginia, and I have honestly been fighting it a little bit. I wanted snow. I wanted coooooold weather. I wanted those short, grey days and long, dark nights. But obviously none of those things happened! And here we are, very nearly to spring. I'm sort of embracing it now, thanks to The Bishop Wife's lively and colorful post about spring time design inspiration.

I really liked Amy's Friendship Truths. I need to make a list of my own, and I also need to take a hard look at that list to make sure I'm being a good friend!

Miss Vintage Bride shared a bunch of neat guest book ideas, a few of which I am definitely considering!
